Great lawyer

When we needed medicaid long term care for mom, we needed to protect an asset. This was not a matter to take lightly for our family. We met with Lynn after doing extensive research on medicaid asset protection and we determined she knew her stuff. She definitely did! She helped us through the process of documenting everything that we had done and how to make everything clear for the medicaid people. As it turns out the medicaid people didn't even know about the provision that we used in the law to protect the asset. One quick phone call to Lynn and the potential hiccup during the process was taken care of. The money we spent pales in comparison to what our family would have lost if we didn't know our rights.

I have to establish a guardianship for a family member in another state, which I didn't know until Ms. Perry called me back promptly yesterday. I had thought that health care power of attorney would be sufficient. Ms. Perry spoke with me for 15-20 minutes about who to contact to find a lawyer there, and who to contact to find care for my family member. She was very kind and gracious and came recommended by 2 different people locally for elder care issues. She wanted no fee for the time she spent helping me so well, although I offered twice.

My experience was terrible. I brought my parents for help with estate planning, and we could not hear anything because they had dogs at the office and they barked continually. It was so loud, and Ms. Perry did nothing about this. My elderly parents were very frustrated and did not get the service they had hoped for. I was also very frustrated with this treatment and the lack of professionalism.

We had a very good experience with Lynn; she worked very well with our entire family including my elderly mother, and did a very good job with our estate planning.
