Mr McLaughlin was just wonderful. He provided such a safe and accepting environment for a difficult task.
He is very thorough, detailed, and really sets up your claim paperwork so that there are no unanswered questions for the judge to ponder.
He is of firm fair disposition, but adds a great deal of kindness and understanding that provides a balm during this process.
I highly recommend him. You will be well served and reassured that you are in good hands.

John's and Jill's patience and kindness made what is complicated process easier, and never made me embarrassed and uncomfortable. They made every attempt to help me understand what was required. Bankruptcy is for most of us a last resort and the stress adds to the difficulty of process. Jack has carefully prepared instructions. Jill repeats directions with patience. I appreciated their expertise.
