When initially searching for someone to represent me in my family court case I had several consultations with other family law attorneys in the Colorado Springs area. As someone who was completely overwhelmed by the complexity of the legal process and my own unusual circumstances, I knew I needed strong and intelligent representatives so that I could give my child the best outcome possible. What stood out to me about Erica right away was her upfront demeanor and honesty about the difficulties of my case. She didn't balk at the challenge of working with orders from another state like other lawyers had. She presented me with her best path forward for me, and was able to explain options that were available to me. She didn't try to hide or diminish the overall financial cost of the process I was facing like other lawyers had, and she was clear about the billing process for herself and for others who would be working on my case and tried to help me save on costs where possible on several occasions. I never felt lost or alone in my case because of their dedication to always make sure that I was well informed about the steps that were being taken. I always knew where we were in the process and they always informed me of what my options were going forward. They both were supportive when the wait grew tiresome or when some moments were tough. The staff in the office are always extraordinarily helpful. Renee, Savannah and Catherine are always willing and ready to answer any questions I have about billing and scheduling and are always very informed about my case. It is because of Erica and Susan that I was able to successfully provide the best situation that I can for my child, and with their hard work and support, I know that the process was done correctly and efficiently. I am very pleased with the Law Office of Greg Quimby. Addison, Elaina and the rest of the team were great to work with. They were very respectful and helpful. I'm glad I chose this law office. They responded to my questions in a timely matter and the case was dealt with accordingly with great results. Any divorce battle can costly and range up to 15k on average, or even more so always be prepared to drop some dough. Keep in mind every case is different for every person, if you plan on getting an attorney to represent you I would highly recommend this Law Office.

I was referred to Erica from a friend and after my initial consultation, I was very impressed with her concern, knowledge and the advice she provided. On top of new concerns, a lot of my safety concerns were the same that I had raised during my initial divorce 11 years ago and my previous attorney brushed them off and told me that "we'll handle that if it becomes a 'real' problem." Erica Vasconcellos was my divorce lawyer 14 years ago after my ex-husband had an affair with his best friends wife. She didn't stand up for me in court. When I questioned what was going on, she said' “Maybe you should get another lawyer”. I was in a bad place and I couldn't afford another retainer, so I was stuck. To make a long story short, My ex-husband's lawyer controlled the proceedings. I didn't even get what was fair by law. I will never forget what Erica said to me, “You're a pretty lady, you'll probably get remarried”. LOL, Like my worries would be over getting remarried.
