I was injured over 2 years ago at work. I contacted McDivitt and they took me on. My case was complicated and they kept on with me. Aaron Kennedy and Kristen Becker have been fantastic!! They continued to fight for me.. and I finally got the compensation that I was owed. And they continue to fight for me as my case continues!! They are an awesome team at McDivitt and without them I would have been lost. Thank you for all you do!!

I have known the folks at McDivitt Law Firm for a number of years, they are a great firm dedicated to helping those who have been injured through no fault of their own. They will do a great job for you, alleviating your worries and hassles of dealing with the insurance carriers and the myriad of other issues that come up in the claims process so you can focus on recovering from your accident. You won't find anyone better in Colorado

I am a teacher at Centennial Elementary School and want to share our love for McDivitt Law Firm. We have been lucky enough to have a partnership with McDivitt for the past 3+ years. In that time this amazing law firm has supplied our students with FREE school supplies, attended field trips with our students, and also attended Kindergarten Promotion ceremonies showing a value for early childhood literacy! We appreciate their support SO MUCH and value them as one of our top community partnerships! We are lucky to have McDivitt Law Firm in the Pikes Peak region and know that they also provide outstanding services for the citizens in this area. We recommend them without hesitation and know they will take care of your needs!
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
The Centennial Elementary staff, students, and parents!

For the past 3 years the McDivitt Law Firm has been a wonderful support to Centennial Elementary's Kindergarten classes. They have purchased supplies and backpacks for every child. For many of our families, this is a huge help! They have also donated their time during field trips and our school carnival and visited with our students during breakfast and lunch on numerous occasions. My students are always excited to see the McDivitt's when they come participate in the classroom whether it be to help with a craft or to read a story. Thank you for all that you do to help our young people grow!

In my opinion this is the worst disability shop in Colorado. I call this a shop because you cannot call them an attorneys office. The entire time I worked with them I only spoke to an actual attorney once and that was for her to tell me they were dropping the case after two years of working on it. I was told that I had a solid case and then a month before my hearing they backed out of my case. They didn't inform me of the disability laws so I was completely blind as to what I needed to do in order to represent myself. Fortunately I was able to find a new attorney in time who informed me of everything McDivitt did not. Further, When my new attorney requested all the documentation from the Social Security Administration, McDivitt had not even filed the most important documents. If I had gone into the hearing by myself there would have been no way to prove my case because the court would not have the documents I needed filed in order to prove my disabilities . They treated me like I was only a number to them. They showed no compassion whatsoever. I have spoke with many people about McDivitt and they all have had the same experience. McDivitts employees say we have a strong case and then we were dropped just before our hearings and important documents were not filed. I trusted them and then found out they had done next to nothing to represent me. In fact, when they dropped my case they wouldn't inform me directly. Instead they spoke to my husband even though I was right there by the phone. I cannot stress enough the dangers of working with McDivitt. You will be assured that everything is ready for your case and then just before your hearing they may drop you only to find out they had done nothing to help in the first place. Shame on McDivitt for hiring such incompetent employees that are not responsible enough to make sure that the most important information is filed. It is not only kept from the client, but from the Social Security Administration as well.

my wife is disabled. part of her disability is the inability to make executive decisions. yet for some reason this firm found it in their heart to make her do all the groundwork. do all the paperwork, talk to all the doctors. This is not slander but truth. I won't mention names but please find a lawyer that actually wants to work. after we did all the work they dropped the fkn case? why? you didn't even do anything you greedy fkn pricks. they are just here for their 6,000$ cut. but you do the work... lol I fire people with that type of work ethic.

Disgrace firm, a lot of running around, providing and doing most of the research and gathering information, and supply the paper work for them. work with several people on my case and most the time neither one of the knew what the other was doing. Very poor communication, they sell you a product of results, determination, and aggressive strategies. None to be true and shown. They also promise you the famous old say we don't get paid til you get paid, well that is true, they will take your money, but they truly administer the true meaning of cut throat laws. They made promised of taking my case as far as we wanted at the risk of us losing our own money, but in return that meant the wouldn't get paid the large settlement, just paid for their services if we did lose. So they decided to drop our case one they got their portion of the settlement. The court lawyer persuade him self as the "Bull Dog" in the court room and all he did was lie to our faces and ran under Mr Mcdivit skirt instead of being up front and truthful. And with fake sympathy that roll off their lips, and trying to emphasize made working with them even harder. Was in too deep to drop and start over, so I hope this helps others if you start seeing the same trends in the beginning, you may want to invest your money and lives in someone else hands

I had a fine attorney and my case manager rocked. I know I am not easy to get along with, but my case manager handled me good. She got me my meds when worker comp would drag their feet. She is the best!
