I chose Anaya and Chadderdon after a lot of research in and out of district. Their backgrounds and experience stood above the rest and fit perfectly in the criminal defense category. In my initial conversation with Eric I explained to him what I needed from an attorney. He listened well and immediately stepped in and picked up the pieces of my situation. He gave me straight answers that exuded confidence and care with complete honesty. No misleading promises or false hopes. Because Ms.Chadderdon’s strong understanding of el paso county law and the legal system, she was able to get my case dismissed and records sealed after being wrongfully arrested. Ms.Chadderdon along with her team were very easy to get in contact with and stayed in constant communication throughout the whole process.

We found him off a list provided by the courts, and since the list was alphabetical we called him first. My son had a misdemeanor charge and he ended up charging us $4500 for three simple court appearances. His administrative assistant was totally inappropriate and uprofessional. She actually said to me that she had raised (2 or 3?) children and none of them got into trouble. I mean who even says that? You would get fired in a heartbeat at my practice for saying anything like that to a client. My son had mental health issues. I wanted to tell her that nobody in my family was obese or had diabetes or heart disease. So What?! I give them one star for effort.
