Last Friday I got results with another attorney that Mike Moran basically told me were impossible almost 9 months ago. All charges were dismissed and any record is being sealed. I've come back to review Mike because I think there are much better criminal defense attorneys in town and when I read his reviews before hiring him, there was no one saying that. I retained Mike for about a week on my case until I realized he was overpriced and provided very little value for a case like mine. I had never been in trouble, had honorable military service and years of contributing to society, yet Mike said he didn't see me escaping a felony conviction. To give you an idea of how disconnected from reality that was, a week later the DA offered a deferred sentence to my new attorney but my new attorney insisted we could get the charges dropped and we did. Attorney #2 got all charges dismissed and sealed, while Mike said I'd be handcuffed for life. The positive thing I'll say about Mike is after I gave him double the money of what any other criminal defense attorney in town wanted, he gave me all my money back and didn't deduct the couple of hours he spent talking to me, after we realized our mindsets were far, far away.

I had to make that call on behalf of my son - an Emmy Award winning Producer and College graduate caught up in the Opiod Epidemic. Arrested in Colorado Springs and also in Denver Metro. He is alive and not in jail today because of Mike Moran and his staff, thier expertise, compassion and follow through. Here's what you need to know. Never hire a lawyer that says that they do Family Law or Personal Injury AND Criminal law. You must have an attorney who is in the criminal courtrooms every day - that is well known by the judges and the prosecutors and district attorneys - who understands the timing of the court and its cases and can explain that to you so you clearly understand the strategy. Not a part-timer - but a lawyer with a full time criminal defense practice. If you are lucky enough to come across this review and you are thinking of using Mike Moran - DO IT.

I fully credit Mr. Moran with saving my life. I have worked with plenty of attorneys & never have I come across a more professional, hardworking, diligent and loyal P.C. in my life. He treated me like family, was fair, honest and got the outcome that was justified but not a sure thing, in my case.
