Mike handled a traffic ticket for our daughter. He kept us informed throughout the process and basically walked us through what was going to happen. He even had us take some steps before the court appearance to help everything go a little smoother. On the day of the appearance everything went just as he described and he managed to get her ticket plead down to a zero point violation. Thanks Mike! I am extremely pleased with the representation I have received from Moran, Allen & Assoc. I had a crazy (literally) neighbor file a TRO against me, and I was calling around getting free consultations from attorneys. One attorney was lovely, and spent quite a bit of time on the phone with me, however when I wanted to hire him, unfortunately, he no longer did any courtroom litigation. He told me that I needed to find an attorney who was familiar with El Paso County courts, the local Judges and Magistrates, and the staff. He was wonderful, and that led me here. I ended up working with Konnor, whom I am still working with- we are not quite finished, but I am more than happy with how he is helping me. I am doing a lot of legwork, but it's my life on the line, so I have no issues with that. Konnor is very thorough, and is explaining everything to me, sometimes several times, if I need it, and is patient when I get a touch upset, and is wonderful with my service dog. Considering we began, quite literally, 4 days before a hearing date, this law firm is just wonderful, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone. We spent almost 3 hours at mediation this morning, and Konnor explained everything to me, and told me the outcomes of all choices, and I had clear in my mind what I wanted, and we were able to accomplish it, hopefully avoiding having to go to a hearing. That was my optimal outcome. I appreciate this so very much!!!!!! Even though we have to proceed as if we have to go to hearing until this gets dismissed, the tension I have been holding is so much better. You would do well to work with these attorneys- they will present all choices and information for you, and allow you to choose the best choices for yourself with no pressure!!!!!
