The experience I had with Brighter Day Law was exceptional! If you need a divorce attorney - clearly, things are not going well. I certainly was not at my best through my divorce - but, Sydney Bierwirth (Attorney) and Mya Delagarza (Paralegal) were kind, patient, and professional. They treated my case with the utmost importance. I never felt like a number or like just another case. They treated my situation with care and ensured that the issues with which I was concerned were acknowledged and taken care of - quickly & competently. I never had any doubts that I could trust my legal team's work, their advice, and that they were doing everything to protect my interests. Most importantly, the outcome of my case exceeded my expectations. I got everything I wanted and needed. My assets, business, home, and interests were protected. I did not have to worry about a thing. I knew when I spoke with my legal team that they would be sensitive, understanding, would explain things clearly and concisely and I could depend on their advice. I hope I never have to...but if I do...Brighter Day Law will be the firm I refer people to if they find themselves in need of a divorce attorney.

Very expensive. Didn’t feel my case was handled right. I was told to give in all the time. Everything kept getting drug out and when I finally didn’t have them, I settled everything myself in two days. Way too much for little help to me. I believe I should have had better results.

Horrible! Overcharge and don’t deliver. We would have been better off with no attorney than hiring them. They have multiple people work on your case just so they can bill you and one person doesn’t know what the rest of “the team” is doing. We will be paying them for years and they did zero to help us. Disgusted!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I had the most difficult time trying to find a lawyer that would just respond to me in a time sensitive situation and even more so trying to find someone who was able to take me on as a client. Make no mistake, Brighter Day Law was busy but they were kind enough and made it work to help me when I was at my lowest and most anxious. Mrs.Jones was amazing and although I was nervous, from the moment we met and chatted I knew she had my back. I tried and did my best to trust and see her processes through and she took care of me as promised! By the end of getting everything handled I truly felt like family and honestly wish I lived closer to thank her in person for fighting for my family. Communication was stellar throughout everything and I can honestly say she even helped me be an even better person teaching me a few things about character and I can’t express enough how grateful I am for everything. I even received a special care package which was such a sweet and kind gesture in this stressful time! I don’t know if anyone reading this is religious but Mrs.Jones was definitely meant to guide me through this and I feel so blessed to have had this experience (despite the circumstances). I was heard, understood, acknowledged, coached, educated and guided so expertly by her and her team and never once felt judged or shamed. It was empowering but also comforting having Mrs.Jones and the Brighter Day Law team take care of me and guide me. There’s so much more I could say but if I had to do it all over again I’m definitely going with Brighter Day Law (and Mrs.Jones if at all possible!) and I would’ve reached out to this amazing team before anyone else.
