The Gasper Law Group, and specifically Randy Koonce, was incredibly helpful in assisting my family and me with our estate plans. Due to unforeseen medical circumstances, we needed a quick turnaround, and Randy and his team exceeded our expectations. We visited on Monday, and by Wednesday, we were reviewing and signing our estate plans, which included a Last Will and Testament, General Durable Power of Attorney, and Medical Power of Attorney. Randy was thorough and took the time to answer all our questions. I highly recommend this firm and their team for anyone in need of estate planning services. I reached out about hiring an attorney at this firm who was recommended by my regular attorney. Brandon reached out to me (via text) for intake info and then abruptly stopped responding. I followed up and asked if there was anymore info that was needed and that went without a response as well. I guess this firm doesn’t want new business.

I debated for some time about whether I wanted to leave a review, but felt compelled after seeing other recent reviews that aligned with my experience. At the initial consultation, for my divorce, I was told I had a good case and that he couldn't wait to work for me. After paying the retainer, I was assigned a different attorney, and she basically told me I was being unreasonable and fought my wishes every step of the way. I would email asking questions, she would side step the answer so I'd have to ask again before giving up because she wouldn't answer the question but was charging me for every single email. It was so bad that when I would discuss what was going on with my closest confidants, they would often remark 'aren't you paying them to work for you? It sounds like they're working for your husband.' My lawyer showed up on the day of the hearing, seemingly unprepared, still putting together the binders, and never even touched on several of the things we had discussed. The lawyer had asked which assets I would like in the divorce, and then it was never negotiated, so when the divorce was finalized and I asked 'what about the assets I'd like to keep?' She said it hadn't been negotiated and she would reach out to my ex's attorney, who never responded after that point, but I continued to be charged for her mistake while I was left without basic assets that I had asked for. If you're looking for a fair split in your divorce, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

PLEASE READ THE ONE STAR REVIEWS… seems like they do this a lot. I’m former Law Enforcement and a Disabled Combat Veteran. I was hopeful they would fight for me, I hired them asking them to be aggressive because my ex’s lawyer was ferocious, lied, and manipulated the situations. The Gasper Law group did nothing!! I provided hours and hours of Video evidence showing domestic abuse and child abuse from my ex. I provided texts, emails, screenshots, 3 years of statements (personal and business), letters from military supervisors, recordings from police dispatch…. NOT ONE PIECE WAS USED!!! Here I am with a lean on my house for over $20,000 dollars (which they lied in the attached email photo that “I had not agreed” to the lien when in reality I called them to place a lean on my house so they could please finish my case) and under their terrible counsel I went to jail on a manipulated Contempt of Court, again not one piece of evidence used on a RUSHED Final Hearing, and now my kids have primary residence with their abusive mother. BUT to top it all off…. When I needed them the most, to fight for me, they withdrew from my case because it was “too messy”. DO NOT HIRE THEM!!! THEY WILL NOT FIGHT FOR YOU!!!
