Military Service Members AVOID AT ALL COST! My spouse got pregnant by her civilian boss, while I was deployed. You would have the same result at a far cheaper expense to hand your spouse an uncontested divorce agreement signing over everything rather than patronize The Gasper Law Group. I was repeatedly handed off to different attorney's and paralegals. They mishandled the injunction that cost me the custody of my children after they were illegally taken from the state. It was only through second hand advice that I was able to avoid paying support for a child that wasn't mine. My spouse didn't even show up to court, and with the help of The Gasper Law Group, still left me with nothing.

The divorce I got costed me over 14 grand. I was awarded the vehicle but when it was put in the separation agreement they didn't put the vehicle vin numbers in the separation agreement. Trying to get my vehicle registered was a nightmare. Trying to get a copy of title was also a nightmare.

Good firm, answered every question or concern I had after they kept randomly changing personnel to work on my divorce case. After that, everything got back on track . They do try and work with you on payment plans .

To start DO NOT HIRE THIS LAWYER. Their work quality is the exact same if not worse than a public defender. They are snarky, rude and unprofessional. They talk a HUGE game when you first walk in so they sell you, then it just goes down hill from there. They make you think they will do a great job, in reality they will put as minimal effort as possible into your case. My husband was talked into taking a plea deal, when in reality if his lawyer would have actually put effort everything would have been dropped. She emailed my husband in September and told him she would file a motion to avoid a warrant, assured him it would be fine. Well, my husband just got arrested last week for a warrant issued at the end of September. She NEVER went to the courthouse and did anything!!! They called my husband and told him if he defaulted in his payments they would take him to jail (Clint was on speaker I heard his original conversation with my husband). Then I called after reviewing our paperwork, no where does it say that he would be taken to jail for not paying. It states that they will enter a judgement. I called back to discuss this more, Clint was snarky and rude said he never stated my husband would go to jail. HE WAS ON SPEAKER PHONE WHEN HE TALKED TO MY HUSBAND. You didn’t get your payment? Enter a default like a normal company. Don’t try and use your law knowledge to intimidate people. To call someone and make threatening calls like that is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. You have NO idea what someone is facing and why they can’t make their payments. DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. If you want to lose your case and pay out the ass for what a public defender could accomplish, go ahead.

We did not have time to interview attorneys and settled on this group. We requested a female attorney...we received a young and unexperienced male attorney. We spent a ton of money on this attorney and he got us nowhere in our case. He lied to us and did not follow through. We are with a great attorney now that has done more for is in 2 months than Gasper Law did in one year. Highly recommend not using this group.

I hired the Gasper Law Group for my divorce with no children involved in the divorce. The biggest complaint that I have is the cost. I was told at the beginning that it would cost between $5,000.00 and at the high end $10,000.00. I am now at $15,000.00 and at the way it is going it will be $25,000.00 or more before this is over. Lots more to say but this is one of the biggest issues with the Gasper Law Group.

Basement Bargain. I fired my assigned attorney after he told me his strategy was "hoping he can transfer out of a certain judge's court" in order to progress. He was a wimp and exemplifies this firm's tone as he requested a supervising attorney to sit-in on our second meeting to "get me to understand". They are a joke and attempt to reduce your claims to the neutral for the easy negotiation rather than pursue your position as any GOOD or even MEDIUM-skilled attorney would do. Pay the extra $500 retainer and go elsewhere. These people are a joke using your case as the punchline.

Save your money and go to another firm. John Nalley was terrible representation. He took on my case having never worked on a similar one before (he told me he was using it as a learning experience) and then once he burned through my retainer before we even made it to court, told me that I should just settle and pay my ex-wife everything she had originally asked for. It was akin to the cowardly lion from the Wizard of Oz. He came out acting tough but once the opposing counsel rattled their saber a little bit he backed down and “advised” me to give them everything. If my case wasn’t winnable he should’ve told me beforehand or never accepted it. It was an expensive learning experience that I don’t want somebody else to have to go through.

Carrie Kelly is the most rude, harassing attorney I’ve ever dealt with. She has the most disgusting, threatening attitude.

By far one of the worst things I’ve done was not only hiring this firm but attempting to stick with them through my divorce. The results are; I’m on the verge of bankruptcy, none of my positions were properly upheld and it felt like this firm was working for my former spouse more diligently than me. They touted a military experience that was non existent and failed to understand the simplest concepts with military regulations and benefits. I would say, avoid this firm at all costs. They fight for the fees they charge, not for you.
