I originally came to Gasper Law group seeking help sealing a record from when I was quite young. At the time the district attorney in Colorado Springs had a reputation for being uncooperative, and so he was. My attorneys at the Gasper law firm were extremely disappointed with this result, and pledged to complete the action should a more reasonable district attorney come into office. Years later, when one detail changed in the existing laws, these excellent attorneys remembered my case, contacted me at immediately, and completed my requested sealing of records quickly and efficiently. I am of course happy with the results I first set out to achieve, and much more impressed with their attentiveness and integrity. It is rare that I feel compelled to take the time to post a public review, in this case it was earned. I can highly recommend this firm. MK

Let's face it; when you have to consult attorneys it's usually NOT for a good reason so having people you can be open, honest, and trusting of is paramount. My case was lengthy and (at times) emotionally charged. so knowing that Jack and Patty had my back got me through the most difficult time of my life. If you are looking for a lawyer, you are most likely also dealing with a tremendous amount of stress. Rest assured you are with the right firm. In my case the DA was determined to make an example out of me. No deals or offers were made at any time. Gasper Law Group took the necessary measures to show my innocence. Mr. Gasper's and Mr. Roth's plan was so effective, on the day of pre-trial readiness the DA conceded the case as un-winable and my case was dismissed. There is no one else I would trust with such important matters.

First and foremost I’d like to say this was one of the scariest times of my life. I am not a career criminal and have only experienced the law 1 time before this time occurred so I had very little experience with how the courts worked. One of the 1st things Mr Allen Gasper told me was to take a deep breath and relax and that he was well experienced and new the law well which gave me a sense of peace at the time . I was currently on probation and picked up multiple felony charges in fact they were high felonies ranging from F3-F6 I was very afraid of the fact of violating probation. All the lawyers I contacted wanted $10,000-$20,000 to retain and pick up my case Because it was high profile and on the news I was in no position to pay that amount of money especially after paying on a $50,000 bond to fight the case on the outs. Mr Gasper’s law group worked with me and allowed me to make a down payment of just $1,500 and $350 monthly payment which was a blessing otherwise I would have had to go with public defender which don’t have a great reputation due to the high volume of cases they have . The case went on for quite sometime almost 9 months before I was able to get a offer suitable for my life , I was pregnant during the entire ordeal and all I was concerned with is not doing time and being able to deliver my son and care for him without him going into the foster family services. My emotions had a hold on me the entire time but Mr Allen Gasper gave me the best advice and made sure I understood exactly what I was facing without sugar coating or anything of that nature, after he continued to communicate with the DA he was able to get me a F5 without any prison time and revoke and reinstate my probation and even revised my current probation to be more suitable for my situation I ended up being able to continue being free and able to keep my son in my care without any DHS being involved. This law group was very polite and kind all the staff was knowledgeable and willing to use empathy when dealing with me . I would recommend anyone who really needs legal advice and a top law firm to hire them they absolutely made me a happy woman and I can’t be more grateful. I am thankful I was able to find them after almost a month long search not being from this state I had no recommendations and the spirit of God lead me to them I can say so much more but I hope this will help someone make the decision of hiring this law firm.
