I hate talking to attorneys. I always get a sinking feeling in my stomach before I talk to them. Today was no different, but after talking to attorney David Hannum, I have a whole new respect. He listened to me and was patient when my microphone wouldn't work. He was respectful and made me feel he really cared about my issue. (HOA) I have never had a good experience with attorneys before today and I'm very appreciative. If at anytime I need an attorney I will contact him. I'm sure if he can't help me, he will guide me to someone that will treat me with the same respect. As for the reception staff and paralegal. They were equally pleasant and helpful. I used the online chat to explain my issue and then Courtney called me back. She was pleasant and helpful and set me up to talk to David Hannum the next day. Thank you for letting me see, not all layers are jerks :)

Mr. Hannum was very honest and kind. He was a very good listener and very knowledgeable. He explained everything that I needed to know in detail and was very good at clarifying my questions, my concerns and my options. He was patient and understanding. He was able to help me with a possible malpractice case as he is extremely well versed in this area. I was impressed by his professionalism, by his candor and by his honesty. Great lawyer! I felt very comfortable taking to him about my case and will continue to work with him. G. E.
