Edited from original post. I have had various ups and downs with Heuser & Heuser. There was a period of multiple Paralegal turnovers where I was asked the same questions and asked to provide the same documents multiple times. I was extremely disappointed in their lack of organizational skills. Finally towards the end of my case the outstanding Paralegal Ellen personally over saw my case and kept me updated and answered any questions that I had. I feel that she is the backbone of their organization. She has many great qualities and is very professional and personable. In retrospect I am still not sure I would use their services again, however if there is much improvement from the lawyer side of their firm and can match Ellen's professional then I would reconsider. I give Ellen 5 stars. I give Lawyer Doug 4 stars and Lawyer Brennan 3 stars.

Very attentive and helpful. They made my experience stress free and easy. My paralegal Brandi was a lot of help as well

I really appreciate the service I got at the firm! My accident was a stressful experience to say the least but I'm glad that it's been settled. Attorney Salt was very kind, patient, explained everything well, and I honestly couldn't have asked for a better attorney. I'll definitely have to come by and visit some time :D

Heuser and Heuser were very good about walking through each step with me. They told me what was going to happen and why each step is being taken. Very patient with my email issues - would definitely recommend to others!

I must say, Matt and Laura at the Pueblo office did an outstanding job with my workers comp claim. Extremely professional and I would recommend them to anyone else who has to go through the legal process. Hopefully I'm never injured again, however, if I am I know who to turn to for excellent representation.
