My brain can’t handle anymore of the stress from my case. I walked in crying, worried. When I left I knew everything was going to be okay. If I could give 0 stars I would. I got a call from an attorney who not only didn’t answer my questions but also abrupt hung up on me. DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU NEED SERIOUS HELP.

These words to define my experience:
Professional in that the whole team managed my case in a way that evidenced professionalism. In spite of my case not being high dollar case, it was handled in my view with professionaliam.
Realistic in that expectations set were clear and concise. In that I wasn't promised a pie in the sky.
If ever needed, I'll gladly use them again.

I have no idea how this place could have a 4.5 rating. The openly poor and abusive treatment of their staff is why I did not use their services. The head paralegal is pure evil, the way she speaks to staff with customers in ear shot would get most people fired. It's almost as if she enjoys being rude. Please do yourself a favor and don't give them any of your hard earned money. They do not deserve it nor will they earn it.
