They did a great job in keeping track of all the moving pieces and in the end meeting my expectations and exceeding them. Special kudos go out to Shantel, who in my opinion, is the finest asset to the team. She went out of her way and handled everything I threw at her. The Heuser leadership needs to understand and recognize how important and effective Shantel's interface to the customer is...if she worked for me, she would be promoted...pro active, positive employees like her are rare anymore.

I cant thank Heuser and Heuser enough for all that they have done for me with my case. In March of 2019 I got hit by a car while walking the crosswalk going into the building where I work the lady was not paying attention. I had to go to physical therapy because where she hit me was my lower back area. Knowing that I would have medical bills to pay and hospital visit cost I called Heuser and Heuser they got to work right away on the case. Before the settlement Gordon and his legal team kept me up to date on the case. They were very professional and helpful and Gordon took the time to listen about the accident and from there he determined how much we could get for the case not only were all my bills payed for but the amount I got for my case surprised me. I was very happy for all the work Gordon and his team did for me and my case I will always chose Heuser and Heuser. Thank you so much Gordon and sorry for the late review.
