I'm very disappointed. It appears as though they don't care about their client. It's all about the almighty dollar. At least on the smaller cases, if it isn't cut and dry, they don't want to bother. They said they would take the case, had me fill out all the papers and send everything in. I met with them, and things went ok other than I got conflicting information from different attorneys in the office. I called about a week and a half later to voice my concern, and before I could say anything, the attorney I was working told me they were pulling out because they felt there was a chance we wouldn't win. I asked if they reviewed all my information and I couldn't get a straight answer. He started short with me. That really gives the feeling they just don't care except for the money.

I want to thank Mr. Patrick Salt and the rest of the team at Heuser & Heuser for a job well done. From day one the entire team keep me updated and fully aware of every step in this process. A job well done to Mr. Salt!
