Was very happy with the service I received, great customer service. They are down to earth and handled my case in a professional and timely manner.

This agency wasted my time. The first 2 weeks after an automobile accident is crucial. Don’t waste your first 2 weeks on this firm. If under the dollar amount that they are looking for they will drop your case without warning. Then try and force you to use an attorney they recommend for smaller dollar amounts. Disappointed for sure!

Kind folks! Douglas Price was my guy and he was a gentleman who helped me out when I needed it.

Please understand that I I was in a accident caused by a uninsured unlisenced person who was driving a vehicle that didn't belong to her, not even supposed to be driving and was already being followed by two other vehicles that we're witnessed to her carless driving for miles up until she hits me and tried to drive off. I was injured she was not, my attorney assignment was Patrick Salt, I was told that I would be in good hands with him due to him being a former judge, and prosecutor? I had went to my Dr. Appointments where my Dr. had then refered me to a pain management specialist and was and am still being seen every month to every two months ago and my regular dr. Appointments, I also let the attorney know my mother was stage 4 pancreatic cancer and dying and that my pain I had couldn't in my own self couldn't compare to my heart for my Mom. The attorney didn't care he tried multiple times to drop my case due to not enough Dr appointment? We lost my mother 1/26 of this month he dropped my case yesterday? Heartless is Patrick Salt? I'll let you decide? He called me for dr. Info? After it was provided to him of myself who my primary was, never even followed up on my other dr.s that idI seen even after I told him who was with what Dr s? Idk idI question the morals and values of a attorney like this and seek someone who has compassion and a heart, not a commercial lawyer looking for a slam dunk not have to do nothing,get paid for your pain type of person like this?
