James Newby is incredibly thorough. He negotiates with the DA for the best deal that he can get, right down to the details. He does a great job explaining the options available to his client. His appearances in court were professional. Whenever I called James, he always answered or texted me back. A very affordable attorney who does a great job.

James dose a outstanding job. James take eash case with pride to make sure you get the best deal possible. He works hard on all of his cases no matter what time it is. He all so make sure when you leave a message he gets back to you a soon as he can. I have never waited more than a hour to he from him. I would rate James Newby at 10 stars he is that good. Morning sun resulted in a rear end accident and a careless Driving ticket for me, a 67 year old Grandmother with no points the last 12 years. Only 2 speeding tickets in 45 years of driving. The DA offered 8 hours of driving school, 12 months probation, 25 hours of community service, 4 points, and a fine. Five hearings later and James secured a reasonable settlement: suspended sentence, no points, no probation, no community service, just a $100 fine and court costs. Thanks James!

Excellent!!!! Just finished jury trail for marijuana dui, speeding and driving on suspended liceanse. Newby was wonderful at presenting our side of the
case to the jurors. And very knowledgeable with litigation. Needless to say i walked out with a speeding ticket. If you choose any other lawyer to represent you, you will be making a mistake.
