Call Jeff first. We hired two larger firms in Denver to handle our case and they both withdrew as soon as the attorneys who were assigned to our case either left the firm or had something more important come up. If I could go back, I'd hire Jeff first! He is highly knowledgeable, experienced, loyal, and empathetic. Had it not been for Jeff's willingness to come in at the last minute, we may not have gotten any compensation for our damages. He managed to get three times what our prior attorneys estimated despite some of the dirtiest opposition tactics I've seen.
