They cancelled our appointment AFTER we paid prior to our scheduled time, are trying to fall back on informarion supposedly contained in some mystery invoice they claim to have sent out via email that neither myself nor my wife has received (in either inbox or spam file), cannot provide a date and time they sent it out on, rescheduled the consult and told my wife they would call her on the day of the consult as we live out of state (which i even had her double check that because that sounded fishy to begin with) and then turn around say "oh you were supposed to call". I do not recommend these people at all. I hope, for their client's sake, their moral and ethical practice of law surpasses their business ethics but I do not know. We still have not received our consult as the last I heard from their office manager about a refund was that she would "discuss it with the attorney and let me know". Update: The $150 consult fee has been refunded.

Jennifer Knies represented me in two separate criminal defense cases. I was falsely accused of theft and harassment. I needed someone to prove my innocence and not only did Jennifer do just that, but she had both cases thrown out by the district attorney before we even made it to trial. A true professional, compassionate, caring and attention to detail. I highly recommend as I couldn't have picked a better attorney for this case.

I would recommend anyone looking for an attorney in the Colorado Springs area, or out of state to hire Jennifer. Jennifer handled my divorce in Colorado Springs even though I moved to Florida before the divorce started. Jennifer and her associates did an outstanding job for me. I was about to throw in the towel in the beginning, but she handled my divorce case very professionally and fought for me the whole way. I ended up with a Very equitable settlement in the end and am very pleased. Guys assume they don’t have a chance in a divorce, but she proved me wrong. Would highly recommend if you need a lawyer. Jen sets herself apart from other lawyers by the simple act of listening. She doesn't rush to conclusions, try to finish your sentences, or brag about her many past wins in the courtroom. Immediately I felt that she really cared about what I was going through. She let me say my peace, asked some further questions about my situation, and then explained what I was up against and how she could help. From the time I met her to the conclusion of my case, I always felt she was giving me 100 percent.

I have been a client with these guys and gals for about 6 years now. Jen has been my lawyer for about 8 months or so. She is very honest and clear on how things need to go. She is in good graces with all around her. She understands the military system as well which can be difficult to find an honest lawyer who does. I live in another state so our communications was done via email (less expensive too) and on the day of court it was over the phone. Between her and her team I had no worries. Any question I asked was answered within a day. I was always updated from her paralegal (less expensive too) on what was going on with the case. I was never left in the dark nor was any decision made without me knowing about it first. She always looked out in my best interest and really thought our out all possible scenarios. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. The only downfall which I'm sure is every middle class Americans complaint would be it's expensive. But you pay for what you get and as my title states worth every penny.

I was referred to Jen through a mutual friend who served in the Army with her. Jen took on 3 of my cases at the same time and has put equal effort into each. She has made my 6 children her priority throughout my extremely messy divorce case. Jen is exceptionally professional and never loses her cool in court, no matter what the opposing counsel throws at her. She is highly respected by the judges we have seen and obviously knows her stuff. She is a fantastic communicator and is not intimidated by anything. She also is hilarious and very personable.
