You don’t want to find a lawyer who is afraid of the odds that you are against, constantly mentions what the DA is offering to possibly sway you into giving in and choose a plea deal. Also, you don’t want a lawyer who doesn’t answer your questions without a single ounce of confidence. Mr. Loew is exactly the type of lawyer you want. He will bat for you and is as transparent as could be. He will tell you exactly what cards are laid out on the table. He took me to trial with 6 charges 1 being felony. Every lawyer I consulted shifted a little in their seats because they knew it was a challenge but when I consulted him he was determined to fight for me anyway possible. He did put up a fight and not a single charge stuck. I’m completely a free man. I strongly recommend Mr. Loew to be your defense attorney. Trust me, when you’re in a bind like the one I was in, you don’t want to have somebody represent you without confidence because you will shrink even more inside and you will end up doing something you will regret for the rest of our life.

My case was dismissed two-months before the first hearing, sealed record same-day, and I received my copies of all applicable documents within hours after! When I was in an auto accident and injured my back, I called a well known law firm in Colorado Springs. I would recommend Jeremy to any person that is facing the judicial system and here is why: He is super caring, the first time I visited with Jeremy I was in tears because I did not know how to deal with the charges that I was facing at the time. It was a lot to handle because I had two separate cases going on. These two cases were in different counties. I first had hired him for a case that was in El Paso County, he was able to get that case thrown out completely. I then decided that I should hire him for the other case in Douglas county. He was able to meet me in Castle Rock to stand by my side and represent me. HIRE JEREMY LOEW !!!!! I would like to recommend Jeremy Loew to anyone who needs an attorney. My wife is an ex-felon and was charged with a felony trespassing charge. I had no idea who to call, so I read some review and made a list of attorneys. From the list, I selected Jeremy. I could not have made a better decision. Because of my wife's criminal past from years ago, she was looking at the possibility of 12 years in prison for a charge that never should have been made. We had an initial consultation with Jeremy and he was upfront and extremely honest regarding her situation. He let us know what her defense would cost and he kept to his word. The final outcome was amazing. We were hoping for this to be dropped to a misdemeanor with a small fine even though we knew this was a bogus charge. He had the initial court date postponed for a couple of weeks. By the time the court date arrived, Jeremy had my wife's charges dismissed and the records sealed. This was the best possible outcome that we could imagine. I cannot say that your case will end as well as hers did. Jeremy is amazing. He is straight forward and honest. He doesnt beat around the bush which I appreciate. He was always quick to get back to us, sometimes at night or on weekends if it was needed. My son who is 17 needed a criminal defense attorney in Colorado Springs and we were about to PCS to New York. He reassured us that everything would get taken care of, we got our 1st court date before moving and then Jeremy attended quite a few court dates on our behalf.
