After hours of research on the internet, a critical piece of advice is to find a lawyer willing to go to trial not just settle; of which he is eager with confidence from experience. This, along with his proven track record, will settle even the most anxious mind. Personally, incarceration was a secondary concern to the future wellbeing and safety of my child, should I be found guilty. I was practically paralyzed with fear, but after my thorough and free consultation, the worry all but disappeared.
