After what seemed like a devastatingly life-altering case, I impulsively made the decision to hire an attorney. My job was at stake and moreover, my future. I called James Newby after being intrigued by his powerful (and accurate) reviews. I called him very late one night and he immediately returned my call. I could tell right away he was very considerate of his clients. He talked me through the entire process and helped to put my mind at ease with my million questions. He always made himself available and never made me feel bothersome. He was able to get the DA to agree to a PPIR which he also had expedited! Talk about going the extra mile! My case was dismissed and sealed and I could not have possibly had better results thanks to Mr. Newby. If you are considering seeking counsel for anything, do NOT look anywhere else!
