I fired him and he went to court and referred me to incompetency, If you want a good lawyer, he is far from it along with James Newby Law Firm that he works for ; garbage , if I could give no stars I would.

I moved out of state and discovered i had some previous charges that i was unaware of, I contacted Mr.Lindley about them as a consultation at first and we spoke a bit about the matters at hand and i decided to go ahead and have him represent me. (and I was not disappointed!!!) He was extremely professional and kept me VERY well informed about my case and any and all specifics related to it. He was very prompt in returning my calls and e-mails. If i had to go through anything like this again, i would ABSOLUTELY have Mr.Lindley represent me again. with full support, I fully recommend him to everyone, friends, family, everyone. Having previously been free of any criminal record my entire life, I had recently gotten into some legal trouble, as a result of a verbal dispute with my then live in, separated wife. The cops were eventually called by an unknown party and long story short, I was subsequently arrested for a level 3 misdemeanor charge of harrassment. This charge had threatened to ruin any chance of a meaningful career for me and also would have stripped me of my 2nd Amendment Rights for life! Mr. Lindley eventually negotiated what is called a PPIR ( pre-plea investigative report) which allowed me to meet with counselors are tell MY side of the story. Well, this turned out to be a very positive outcome because the PPIR report came back favorably and at my next court date, I got ALL my charges dropped and sealed! It was a great day and the best outcome possible. I now am free to own and operate firearms again and can legally say I was never arrested. I would highly recommend Joshua Lindley, as he is a competent, capable, reliable, honest attorney!

Josh was absolutely amazing from the very beginning. The moment I left his office after our first encounter I felt a huge waited had been lifted off of me. I have been on probation for 3 years, I only wish I had met him earlier in this process and I feel like it would have been completely different for me.
