I was referred to Joshua Lindley by a friend and I have nothing to say but great things about Joshua Lindley. I spoke with several attorneys but when I spoke to Joshua, I knew he was the one that was best fit to take my case. He took the time to listen to me and made me feel very comfortable. Joshua is reliable, understanding, confident, dedicated, committed, and very professional. At a time where I was extremely stressed, he put me at ease. He kept me updated throughout the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the outcome he obtained. Even though I hope I won't need an attorney again, I will without a doubt call him if I ever need one in the future. Thank you Josh! If I could give more than five stars I totally would, I recommend his services 100%.

Mr. Newby handled my tickets I got from an accident. He got them reduced to my satisfaction and he kept me employable in my field. He beat another firms price by a thousand dollars and still produced a great result.

I had the pleasure of hiring Joshua Lindley as my lawyer for a traffic violation. Not only did he give me the cheapest rate, he was also the only lawyer I spoke to who would say wether or not he’s had success with my kind of ticket. Thanks to Joshua, I was able to get a 4 pt ticket dropped to a 0 pt ticket with a driving course and a fine/court costs. He also kept me updated throughout my case about what was going on. After 6months of going back and fourth, my case was dismissed all thanks to Mr. Newby. Since the beginning, he was very confident and knowledgeable which assured me he was going to be worth the reasonable price I payed. He answered just about every call and would always get back to me instantly if it was missed. I even had some trouble christmas day and sure enough he answered and went into my file to send me documents I needed instantly. I'm glad i passed on 5 other lawyers because Mr. James was the best choice I could have made. I thank him a million times and will recommend him 1000%.
