James is the best! This was my first time I've ever been in trouble with the law, and he made the process a lot less scary. He always reassured me that every thing would be ok and that he was there for me and that he's on my side. He really did the best he could with what he had that I was facing. He also got information for my case that helped me have some of my charges dropped. He has even continue to help me since my criminal case is over. All in all he did the best job that he could for me and I thank him for all that he did.

We hired Mr. Newby to represent my husband in a dui case. We live in Aurora, but the case was in Colorado Springs. We were able to have a consultation with Mr. Newby over the phone (rather than having to make another drive up to the Springs), and he was very flexible about setting up a payment plan. Mr. Newby was friendly, straightforward and knowledgeable. He was able to get the dui charge dismissed before it went to trial!
