This guy is amazing his is a true blessing he is a very assertive lawyer that knows the law. I was in the middle of getting ready to pled guilty to something I knew I was innocent of but I just wanted it to be over and I couldnt afford a lawyer but James Newby gave me hope he told me everything I need to do and my case was dropped that following Monday and guess what he didnt charge me a dime. That showed me that this guys cares about the person more than money . I’m in the military and this guy save my career and future and three days it can’t get any better that .he gave a clear mind to start focusing on my career and thats the best damn thing anyone can do. Go with James Newby he will do the best damn job he can to help you. He inspired me to think about pursuing a career in becoming a lawyer and that’s know joke.

Mr. Newby represented me and helped me get all the charges dropped. I had previously never been in trouble and was completely unsure of what was happening. He always explained what was going on, he guided me, and checked on my son and I over the months it took before everything was dropped.
