Excellent!!!! Just finished jury trail for marijuana dui, speeding and driving on suspended liceanse. Newby was wonderful at presenting our side of the case to the jurors. James Newby is an amazing man and for my family he is a gift from God. This man gave me everything. He gave me my freedom, understanding, hope, and most importantly my family. He stood by me and fought his hardest to make sure that I did not get made an example of by the system. He was the most compassionate person I have ever met. He literally saved my life and I would never ask for anyone else. He was perfect. I miss him as a confident. He listened and really cared what happenend to me. I was at a difficult position in my life. I had gotten in trouble, found out my fiance was pregnant with our first child, and after getting laid off and starting a new job scared out of my mind that I was not going to see the birth of my baby he heard the sencarity in my voice. I messed up and was lost. No other lawyer in town wanted to take my case because they said they could not help me. My wife called James and after speaking with him over the phone we finally found someone who was willing to help. To begin with, James initially had my back from the get go. He immediately started calming me down and told me that everything was going to be alright. He said he’d get in contact with me and would handle everything, while also keeping me up to date with everything involving my case.
