Best quality and price in town. I was looking for a lawyer and getting frustrated. Clueless appointment schedulers and crazy high quotes was all I could find. Then James called me, personally. Newby didn’t play any games. After a few minutes of Q/A he told me what to expect, informed me of his rate (which was 3x lower than another firm’s quote), and took action on my case that very same day. I was impressed with his legal counsel, but he is a good guy too. I felt welcome and catered to when I visited his office, very different from the other firms I visited. Turns out, a good friend of mine also has James on speed dial. He will take care of you if you call.

James Newby accomplished what we set out to get since day 1 in the courtroom. Very respected in the courtroom by everyone from the Judge to the D.A. Definitely recommend James Newby as an attorney if you find yourself in a serious situation needing of one. Fees are a bit expensive, although altogether cheaper than other lawyers I had gone to but definitely manageable.

The first attorney i've ever worked with, he was always straight forward with me about my cas, any questions i had he was always willing to answer and if he could not answer he would reach out to others personally in order to figure it out. A pleasure to work with. Ps. I looked forward to going into his office since he has a beatiful view of the mountains.

James assisted us in a driving issue that occurred while we were on vacation in Colorado. Living in another state made court appearances and such impossible. James was knowledgeable, compassionate and followed through with promises to get our case dropped. His staff is also quite wonderful!
