In my matter the other party refused to confer at first, and he didn't take it lying down, and was able to articulate the issues in a way during the hearing that made the other party immediately rethink what they were doing. Adele "just the receptionist", her words, told me that a particular case wasn't against the law. When asked for more details about it not being againt the law, because another lawyer said it could be she tells me she doesn't know the law she's just the receptionist, and that this particular law firm doesn't handle said case. In other words she is going around telling people what is and isn't against the law, all the while she is ignorant and doesn't know her bum from her elbow. It's one think not to know something, it's another thing to spread ignorance. "Ma'am!"
