Fast and easy

Years ago I went through a very difficult medical malpractice event. I sustained a brain injury and had a heart attack when a nurse gave me an overdose of a medication. My recovery was further complicated when I experienced a stroke as I was trying to get my feet back under me. My life was shattered. I lost my job and was told for years I would not be able to work again. Tom Herd and his amazing assistant Denise were there to support me and my family all the way through my recovery. Tom was an advocate helping me get the care I needed. If not for Tom and Denise, I'm not sure I would have made it through such a difficult time. Now, a decade later, I have rebuilt my life. Grateful doesn't even begin to express how I feel

For personal injury, Tom Herd is the best. He is out for the most money for you while not trying to keep every penny for himself. He truly cares about his clients.

This firm has been so easy to work with. The staff is excellent here. Everything our family and business has needed over the decades has been exceptional work from larry Gaddis himself. If you need a will made or updated to selling a business and transferring stocks and certificates this firm know exactly how to get it done. Prices are very reasonable in my opinion. The drafts we received were exactly what we had discussed. The signing went smoothly, also due to his excellent staff.
