I had the pleasure of consulting with Mr. Andrew Swan about a situation. I found Mr. Swan to be compassionate, honest, courteous and extremely professional. He gave me an honest opinion of my situation based upon the information I provided and his experience with the law and, while it wasn't the answer I was hoping for, I am convinced he is correct. Andrew Swan went above and beyond for me today and it almost makes me wish I had some other good reason to hire him as my attorney. If a situation ever does arise where I need legal counsel, Andrew Swan will be my first call.

The best law firm in the legal business.

I have never used Lewis Kuhn Swan as an attorney, as my issue was relatively small and did not meet the criteria for their legal intervention. What I can say about the law firm was that when I called seeking advice on my unpaid PTO of 17 hours they did not seek a $150+/hr consultation fee like the other employment law firms I called before them. The receptionist politely took down my information pertaining to my issue then had me on the phone with an attorney shortly after. The attorney genuinely had my best interest as a person In mind and he gave me the proper advice as to how I should go about my issue. No consultation bill. Problem solved. I am genuinely thankful for the help that I have received and will be sure to come to them if I ever experience any type of legal issues with future employers if they arise.

Michael Kuhn turned a frivolous case that had haunted us for 8 months around in a matter of hours. We had hired another attorney from out of town (big mistake) that did nothing for us but take us for several thousand dollars. But Michael was able to get our case settled in a matter of hours and finalized in a couple of days. I have never seen another attorney like him. Is it possible to give this firm above 5 stars? No firm has more firepower than these guys when it comes to complex civil litigation. I worked with several attorneys before I retained Lewis Kuhn Swan and the prior attorneys were amateurs by comparison.

Rabea Taylor did an excellent job of getting me conservatorship and guardianship for my mother. Cameron Caldwell also did a fine job.
