I was very satisfied with Michael's responsiveness, he always kept me well informed of any developments on my case. Never been exposed to any type of legal issues, he was able to explain things in clear language which made it easier for me to understand the whole process. Despite his busy schedule, Michael always took the time to call or e-mail me with updates.

Michael was very personable and informative. In a stressful situation of being wrongfully sued for the first time, he was very patient, answered all our questions, and walked with us step by step throughout the process. I strongly urged the insurance company to go to court and not pay, because I had such faith in our case and our lawyer. I am confident we would have won, but the insurance company said there was a 10% chance we wouldn't, so they eventually settled. Without hesitation I recommend Michael Watts if you need a strong defense from a likable guy that is well qualified to protect your interests.
