I called just to get advice on a mechanic issue I have. them wanting me to pay $5k for something they broke. Karrie answered the phone and not only gave me advice, she helped me process a BBB complaint because I never had to before. I didn't even know about them. I don’t think words can express how grateful I am to have found Rector Stuzynski at the time we did. My boyfriend was in a major car accident where a drunk driver had hit him head on and we were at a loss for what to do.
