I was horrified to be falsely accused of assault by a woman who was long obsessed with me. Ted was a godsend, and called every aspect of the case from start to finish. He explained that I must be prepared to go to trial even though the evidence quickly piled up to show my innocence, and that the DA would not look at it until just before trial. Correct-- it was dismissed right before trial once the DA began to look at phone records and realized how ridiculous were the claims of this alleged victim. Nevertheless, he had prepared for every hearing and had all the evidence and arguments fully prepared even though he thought dismissal likely. He called correctly the decisions of all the players from police, to DA to judges. One of the best and most valued traits he brought to this long process was GREAT communication; he answered my calls and texts and helped allay my fears during this life-altering process. Worth every penny and then some. Ted worked many extra hours after dismissal to make sure the case got sealed even with multiple delays. I have nothing but praise for him and his paralegal, Richard. Ted was knowledgeable and gave me a sense of relief when we discused my case. He kept me informed and was easy to stay in touch with. I cannot truly express our appreciation for Mr. McClintock's efforts in our case. We were faced with false accusations from a very unstable female and it took a year to finally have the truth be heard. In that year, Mr. McClintock was understanding and patient with our many questions about this foreign process. When it came to trial, Mr. McClintock was absolutely brilliant in magnifying the truth and artfully pointing out the blatant inconsistencies in the prosecution's case. He is a true expert in this field and it is obvious that he is respected in the system and knows exactly how to handle every situation towards the best outcome for his client. I am not easily impressed so my comments are heart felt. Mr. McClintock was poised and deliberate in his cross examination of every witness. What really impressed me was how he discredited the hostile witnesses without being overbearing or badgering. I would refer Mr. McClintock to any who needs a real pro to represent their interests. Ted managed to negotiate a very favorable deal with the DA's office in my 2nd degree assault case.

There's so many ways to describe Mr. McClintock, but nothing stands out more than the word GREAT!!! Mr. McClintock not only knows one side when it comes to representing his client(s) during a criminal case, he knows both sides. From being a prosecutor for the District Attorney Office to taking the change in life to work on the defense side. Mr. McClintock is the man you want on your side/team! Having to face several charges, which were false allegation, Mr. McClintock and his office (McClintock & McClintock Law Firm) put in a significant amount of time to prove to the jury during trial, that we shouldn't have been their from the start! And after a three day trial with the jury deliberating for a little over an hour on the third day, entering the court room with the verdict of NOT GUILTY on all charges. After being acquitted of all charges and listening to Mr. McClintock partner (Mrs. McClintock) with tears in my eyes whisper in my ears that, now I can finally get my life back! I personally want to say thank you to Mr. McClintock and your office for everything you all have done for my family and I. Words can't express the gratitude of appreciation my family and I have for you all. And I pray that you all continue to fight for what's right, for I will spread the word around on how GREAT your office is when it comes to defending your client(s).
