I hired Tim to represent me with a VA claim. I had a claim with the VA since 2009 I was denied at the federal level. The VA service officer said at that point she was no longer allowed to help me with further appeals. I contacted Tim for his help. He worked hard to complete all the paperwork and kept me informed during each step. We won the appeal in May 2018! I recommend Tim to any veteran that has been denied a claim from the VA.

Hired Tim to persue a disability claim with the VA. Although the DAV had given up on the claim he thought there was a semblance of hope. He never once promised that he or his firm could produce miracles but was always straight forward and realistic with expectations. Here we are, 4 years later, at the end of a successful appeal. So my advice to other vets is this: although the DAV was helpful they were limited due the nature of the bureaucracy; if you want an experienced professional that will provide focus and knowledge to your case, call Tim, he is worth it.

Atty. Franklin took on the VA after four denials of connection to military service claims. Offered advice and actively pursued getting claim resolved to benefit me the veteran.
