Tim has been working for me since 2013. After open heart surgery, it seemed that I was being pushed out by the VA. I had been given the phone number for the Sean Kendall law firm. After making contact, Tim Franklin was assigned to my case Over the years that followed Tim worked diligently through many appeals until I have finally been granted a 100% rating by the VA for diseases contracted in Vietnam, from exposure to Agent Orange. It was a difficult fight for ten years but thanks to Tim I have survived it. Thanks again, Tim. Great job..

Excellent attorney. Tim took my case when the DAV could not get my rating over 60% for PTSD. Tim was able to get through the VA run around and got my 100% and my back pay as I was no longer able to work. Great job. Bravo Zulu. This has changed mine and my wife's life. Thank you Tim.

Mr Franklin was great. After being dropped by one lawyer and another couldn't take the case due to personal reasons, I contacted Mr. Franklin and he took my case. About a year later he was able to get me a satisfactory determination.
