I am very grateful for the services Tonya, my current attorney, has performed in helping settle this case. She was by far the best of the (I believe) four or five attorneys assigned to my case over the last two and a half years. She has kept me informed and I believe arbitrated with my insurance company in good faith. Contrast this with the lawyers that were assigned to my case in the past, in some cases I had to initiate calls to the firm to find out what the status was, only to be told that my case was assigned to someone else. Not the most ideal company to work with, but I am glad it is over with.
