I was confused and a bit panicked by some confusing paperwork when I was receiving state assistance. Allison got on the phone there and then and straightened it out. I was able to relax and stop feeling freaked out! She really knows her stuff and is very personable and proactive.

Steer clear... She is not a nice lady. About 5 min into my 'free consultaion' she stopped to tell me she didn't like my attitude. She had been being incredibly rude from the start! I was responding to her questions with yes maam and no maam. I had done nothing rude! I was in pain and grimacing if that is rude then I guess I am always rude! Absolute not nice lady!

I just got off the phone with Dave. He is professional, and passionate about the people he represents. If I ever need this type of legal service, I’ll be calling him. I was very impressed about how much enthusiasm he has when advocating for his client.

Dave, Cindy and Lexi are now family. This firm is honest, hard working and they were geniuelly concerned that my wife and I were treated right. Alison explained everything about the disability benefits process, in great detail, over several meetings before the hearing. She also helped me get the right paperwork for the hearing. Overall she was very helpful in taking me through the complicated process.

I met Allison 2 1/2 years ago and selected her off online reviews. She is very caring and listens to everything u say. She submitted my package and it was denied the first time but she submitted an appeal right away with additional physician info and after 2 years I was approved. Allison responds promptly to phone calls and answers emails quickly as well. I would recommend her to anyone fighting to receive disability but be patient. It is a slow process.

I had a very complicated SSDI case which Ms. Tyler handled with ease. Throughout the entire process I was treated with empathy. She is professional, courteous and VERY good at her job. Unprofessional... says she will take your case then email you 5 wks later and tell you she's too busy! Doesn't have the professionalism to even call you!!
