My husband and I have hired Beth Hunt to do our estate planning. She explained everything to us and drafted all the documents. She is experienced and detail-oriented. After we signed the documents, she sent follow-up emails to make sure we will move our assets under the trust so we are fully protected from probate. Do not utilize for executing well. Charges for every phone call, text message and interaction while forgetting she has already taken money. And seems to be extremely forgetful when working on executing wills and probate.
