I have been working with Marrison Law for over a year now, and it has been one of the most beneficial experiences of my life. Even with on of my attorneys having to leave, they quickly assigned Carrie to my case. Carrie and Rene spent real time with me to get a full understanding of my personal situation, and set a comprehensive outline for success. Our outcome was what we hoped, and I am extremely please with their results.

PLEASE READ!! I'm a very patient and tolerant person, so if I'm here you know my experience was BAD. Hired them for my divorce in 2021, and it has been a consistently horrible experience to this day. I'm evaluating based on their service alone and not the decisions of the court (decidedly not in my favor - which makes it hard not to question the effectiveness of my counsel, but I'm keeping them separate). My opinion on the firm is also not just about a specific lawyer, because I was with three different attorneys over this period. First - Robert Perrone, who began by telling my husband's lawyer that I was asking for full custody of the children, when I was absolutely clear that my husband and I had agreed on 50/50. I requested a change of counsel and was assigned to Mark Bosworth, who had just joined the firm. Nothing has happened in my case without me pushing it along. Many times weeks go by with no response. I received emails of court filings with zero explanation of what they meant. I had to start making my emails with bullet points because questions would consistently go unanswered, and then still often have to follow up again (paying for each and every email of course). I was even told at one point that they were just overstretched with cases due to the recent retirement of Pat Marrison - a clear indicator to me of mismanagement of the firm as a whole, but also NOT MY PROBLEM! We were preparing for temporary orders hearing when my lawyer talked to opposing counsel and suddenly advised me that it would be a waste of time/money, and we should waive it. I unfortunately took that advice, and then was assigned a final orders hearing 8 months out. So I ended up having to co-habitate with my soon to be ex for 12 MONTHS. It's also hard to forgive that they decided to EMAIL me devastating news regarding custody of my child and say they would follow up with me, but then NOT do that and leave me hanging over an entire weekend. There came a point in the case when I considered switching to another firm, but between the additional expense & the possibility of extending a very long process even longer, I decided not to. In hindsight, that was definitely a mistake. The divorce was final Nov 2022, but I've had to continue to be involved with the firm due to custody and support issues. I brought up my concerns with Pat Marrison, and she asked me to send her my email communications that went unanswered so that my bill could be adjusted. I did that and then followed up with her later, and no action has ever been taken. It has taken 14 months and cost me $5,000 to get a modification of support that my attorney told me would happen "automatically" after our conference with the court 6/2023. Mr. Bosworth also subsequently left the firm, and I was passed on to yet another attorney. I have been billed more than $1,200 just in the past two months for back and forth on getting a signature on the stipulation and for them to keep recalculating the payment schedule because they are too shortsighted to pick a start date farther out. I cannot emphasize strongly enough - DO NOT USE!!

Hello, I chose to represent myself in my child support case....bad idea!! After a year, I reached out to marrison family law. I was introduced to Cary and Amanda a wonderful team!! The communication and understanding of what I was wanting to do was 2nd to none. They put forth their time and energy and made me the priority. I am very happy with the outcome and will call and recommend this law firm moving forward. Very easy to work with!! A positive experience during a tough time. Thank you for all you did and do.

Rex, Pat, and their team have been extremely helpful navigating me through what has been and continues to be the hardest battle I've ever fought. I worked with another attorney prior to using this firm and the other attorney was absolutely wretched! The Marrison firm has not only been exponentially more helpful, but similarly more kind and empathetic, and in the 8 years I've been dealing with this, they have not once made me feel like they just wanted my money and have been honest and transparent with me about what to expect, as well as guiding me through managing expectations based on their experience.

First and foremost. I want to be honestly about this review. Yes it was very frustrating event, and I had my point of Friction with the legal process. But as soon as I put myself from the Lawyer’s perspective I learned that he is not going to work for free and that he knows the law process, of which I have no knowledge. In my situation was very challenging because the other party was not willing to cooperated, and yes it did cost me a bit more. But the results were great and beyond expectations, because I have broken free from a very difficult and toxic relationship. And I don’t have any strings attached to that person ever again. So from the bottom of my heart accept my deepest apologies and thank you To: Dr Dominic Perrino, and his peacemaker Paralegal Rene, and the entire team. Thanks again.!

Was told REPEATEDLY that my "attorney" was too busy to communicate with me. Was told they were working late on other cases, and then my attorney's son inadvertently left me a3 minute vm in which you can hear my attorney saying "...I got out the office early, dinner early...." Was told she had 33 other cases... wish I knew that BEFORE spending $30k on Marrison....

I had the privilege of working with Dominic and Rene as my divorce attorneys, and I can't praise them enough. Their dedication and professionalism truly saved the day. When my previous attorney left me high and dry after a failed mediation and struggled with understanding veteran pay and MHA, Dominic and his team stepped in without hesitation. They quickly grasped the intricacies of veteran issues and expertly conveyed that to the opposing counsel. What impressed me most was their ability to take on my case on such short notice, immediately reestablishing a positive tone in what had been a challenging situation. As all cases may be from the start, I was really overwhelmed. After, speaking with a lot of law firms, I was grateful to get a call from Patricia Marisson. The consultation I received from her is what made me choose Marisson Family Law. Even though Patricia wasn’t representing me, I was able to receive the most amazing work from Dominic & Rene . They were very determined, hopeful and knowledgeable, to include; Dominic can turn an ugly situation, to have the best outcome. I can not express how grateful and stress relieving it is that I had them through it all. On top of that, walking into the law firm felt very family/people friendly. I love the energy from all the staff to include the front desk personnel (Amanda, Olivia & Shannon). Also, I love the animals they have around the law firm. I feel they do a part in relieving any discomfort or emotions anyone may be feeling, I hope they get to stay! Thank you guys so much for everything you did!! I had Carrie Mohr was my attorney and she was great! I absolutely love her. She was there for me anytime I needed her. She is great, I HIGHLY and STRONGLY recommend her!!
