She was able to gather all required information, draft a letter, get it delivered, and saved my you-know-what just in the nick of time. Her arguments against my opponents were stellar, and turned my whole case around, putting me in the position of power. i am usually adverse to hiring attorneys, and feel they cost a lot of money, but Maren was worth every penny and more, i was happy to pay her bill. i have used Maren's services since then and will continue to do so.

After months of looking for a home, I finally found one and made an offer that was accepted. I was thrilled. The condo was located across from my office and was going to be perfect! My excitement was quickly dashed the day following the Seller's acceptance when I learned the Sellers had been presented with two offers simultaneously and had accepted BOTH! Initially, the Sellers' Realtor told us it was just a mistake and wanted me to go away. I did decide to look into Maren and Pearson & Paris P.C. Needless to say I was impressed on what was said about her so I decided to schedule an appointment. After my initial sit down with Maren I knew that talking to her and hiring her was a very good decision. She explained the process, what to expect, and some of the challenges that I would come up against.
