After being threatened with the sheriff showing up at my door to arrest me if I don't pay up, I contacted attorney McKinney and was told that the company was in violation of the judge's ruling. He told me my rights and gave me several options to deal with the situation. Now I'm not living in fear of being arrested.

I hired in 2005 after dealing with two disastrous lawyers in my child custody case. The first did nothing and over a year after my divorce was final I still didn't have a parenting plan. The second did absolutely nothing worthy of report, but sure did charge me like he did. $5000 later absolutely nothing had been done on my case except, my retainer being run through for every nickel and dime thing he "did". Needless to say, when I arrived at Nathan's office I was very frustrated and tired of dealing with lawyers. However, Nathan helped me, in my very first meeting, regain my trust in lawyers, or at least him. With Nathan's help I was able to not only get a parenting plan set in place that allowed me to move out of the state, with my current husband who was military at the time, he also helped me to keep custody of my children. He did so in a knowledgeable and speedy manner. Within just a few short months I had my parenting plan, that for three years prior, I had been trying to get. I would recommend Nathan to anyone! Infact, I liked his work so much, when I had cause to return to court over a matter with my ex about his not returning my children after his summer visitation, I returned to Nathan's firm to seek help.

My Husband and I were working with Nathan in a completely separate matter. I mentioned that I had been in an auto accident as a passenger nearly two years prior and was having problems paying my medical bills. I DID NOT KNOW I HAD A CLAIM. However within months Mr. McKinney his lawyers and paralegals had Auto insurance pay all of my medical bill and "I" even received nearly $30,000!! If you don't know id say ask Mr. McKinney. excellent law firm in both cases I'd recommend them to anyone.

The law firm is McKinney. Therefore The incompetent's of the lawyer's in the firm falls on his name. I was told I could ask for atty fee's in a contempt case Only to find out if the person comply's NOW then all is forgiven & the client is out the $ for any fillings the Atty's deemed worthy of billing. Leaving the person That is Now in compliance To Stop complying & continue for the 3 rd time Noncompliance. Start all over again. NOT WITH THIS LAW FIRM ! .

Nathan McKinney helped me with my divorce in 2011. He is the only lawyer I've ever worked with and we talked about child support payments. I was worried that I would be paying too high. We spoke and went through with the divorce . It has been a little while since the divorce, but I am happy with how it went. Working with his law firm was very easy. I recmommend this lawyer.

I've dealt with lawyers in the past and I can confidently say that Mr.McKinney and the paralegals I worked with at his law firm are the best and most honest I've encountered. A little background on me: I employed Mr. McKinney's law firm in 2010 to help me with a child custody matter. I don't want to get into the specific parts of it. But I met with Mr. McKinney and discussed my problems with child support. My divorce was almost a year before I went to his office, and I worked with a different attorney. I won't say their name, but they did a terrible job. Very little communication and the outcome was less than I expected, to say the least. So, I was originally going to deal with my new child support issue myself and get a little bit of help or assistance from an attorney, but after speaking to Mr.McKinney I realized that I could benefit from his and his lawyers experience. They handled my case fast and achieved a great outcome. I recommend this attorney to any people dealing with child support or custody issues.
