Last year, I signed a fee agreement with this group regarding a defamation per se case where I was the plaintiff. They missed their own set deadline and when they failed to make my deadline, I demanded my fee back. They never responded to a letter I sent, via certified mail, where I demanded written confirmation that our contract was null and void.
The statute of limitations has passed regarding my case and Kanathka group played a part in that.
As a result, I will never have the closure I deserve and will never be able to clear my name where I call home.

The kanthaka team was extremely helpful with my divorce case they worked around my schedule to make sure I recieved all info in a timely matter and all documents were recieved and signed. They answered all my questions and I feel I got the best deal considering opposing counsel. If I require any legal representation in the future (for colorado) I would definitely seek out the kanthaka group.

Kanthaka Group is Awesome! I was military, and a few months before my ETS date, my wife filed for divorce. She wanted a large sum of alimony, and everything else she could get her hands on. Thanks to Greg and Nicole I am owing nothing, and walking away single and free. If you are military (and civilian) I highly recommend Kanthaka Group!

Mr. Scorsine was tremendous during my Military Board. He was honest, direct and professional throughout the entire process. Special shout out to Matthew and Tamara for all the work done as well. They all took special care to ensure my due process rights weren’t violated through all the constant e-mail traffic and phone calls made on my behalf.
