Amazing staff! Even though I wasn’t awarded benefits Mrs. Hale worked and fought for me. Long, hard fought battle with SSA but I’m satisfied with the service of this office. Highly recommend if seeking SSA benefits. Thank you, Ms. Bross, Ms. Hale and staff (too many names to list).

Update: originally I had left a one star review after that I was reached out by the owner of the law firm in one of the most heartfelt ways I’ve ever been contacted by I was written a handwritten letter and was able to really feel heard and appreciated. They have definitely went out of their way to change my mind and rectify the situation so I will definitely reconsider using them in the future. I’m changing my one star to a five star. Terrible experience on seemingly simple tasks. Contacted them regarding a child custody case. They bait and switch to my lawyer to someone who wasn’t on their website, Who wasn’t the least bit responsive, and someone who did nothing on my case. They use an answering service for their clients and only have in-house people speak to them when they’re new clients very frustrating to not be able to get a hold of anyone and having to reach out multiple times. Consistently was told I would be receiving a call back and would not receive the calls which made me constantly unaware of what was going on. I would not recommend this experience to anyone extremely frustrating.

Omg I can't even begin with how stupid my interaction was with them, but a recent interaction with Seckar Law reminded me of how my life was essentially derailed when I tried pursuing Camp Lejeune and Disability compensation through THIS law firm a few years ago. I will now include this law firm in the list of horrible lawyer interactions anytime I talk about it in the future.

I was referred to Johnson Law group by a longtime family friend, and it was the best move I could have ever made! My Case is a long one to sum it up best my daughter was abused on her 2nd birthday, now mother would never let me in her my daughter's life before hand, now the courts had custody and I was able to get involved, this all took place right before covid shut the world down so like so many people I was let go from my job, so the courts assigned me a lawyer at no cost which was great timing since I just lost my job, she did ok for me but not to the full extent she could of I feel like in my opinion, and plus it's my daughter!! I will fight tooth and nail for me to be in her life. So, I needed to switch it up and that's when I called Johnson Law Group, since day 1 it's been amazing Taylor Brice was assigned to me and since our first phone call, I feel like he is family to me, he listened to my concerns took notes and is helping me through every step we make in this case! I'm 33 and have spent my whole life staying out of courts and so when it comes to legal terms and how things are confusing to understand Taylor breaks it down for me to understand, and every move we make is a joint decision and that's all I ever wanted is for my opinion to be heard and taken into consideration on what's best for my daughter at this point. Taylor and his team consisting of Alex, Katie, and Heidy have been the best I can't thank them enough for being the front-line defense in this case for me! The mother made a comment to me of when these "professionals" are gone things will change! Haha the joke is on her I plan on keeping this team until my girl is 18 so here is to the next 14 years together Taylor, Alex, Katie, Heidy, and everyone at Johnson Law Group!!!
