Outstanding! I reached out to Diane's firm for assistance with my SSDI (social security disability insurance) case after my reconsideration was denied. They filed my appeal and very patiently walked me through the entire process by staying in touch via phone calls and emails during my many months of Covid-19 isolation. As someone who suffers from extreme pain and other impairments (including anxiety and memory loss) resulting from a thalamic stroke, I felt I was in good hands and really appreciated the patience, friendliness, and professionalism of Diane and her wonderful team. I'm extremely happy to report that I was awarded disability after my ALJ hearing. I highly recommend!

“Social security disability insurance benefits for adults disabled since childhood” that is what I’m trying to apply under. The receptionist wouldn’t listen to me and instead of taking 10 seconds to do a google search to see what I was talking about I got a 30 second spiel about how wrong I was. The lawyers may be great, but the support staff needs to work on actually listening to people instead of assuming.
