Not trusting lawyers, I attempted twice by myself. I was almost at my time limit to where I couldn’t even file again let alone appeal. I learned without a lawyer odds are very slim. Plus my age gave me doubts too. I honestly didn’t think anyone could help my case. My doctor said straight, Get a lawyer. I didn’t even know what I was even entitled. So I called Diane’s office. My case was accepted almost immediately. Phone calls and updates were the same day or as soon as possible the next day. Don’t try and take a BS case to them though. This legal team is one I actually respect. I consider most lawyers as shady or greedy. Diane and her team helped change that. So back to my case. Without disclosing too much, I was blown away by the end result. I was assured it was a strong case and it sure was. We won!! I’m a 20 year Veteran and retired in 2013 with 3 combat tours. So if you have issues and need assistance, then without hesitation just give them a call. If you are reputable and honest then you have nothing to be concerned about. Don’t worry about rates. Very good. It’s a percentage with them and I believe a cap too. Just call them and stop hesitating.

If you need legal help with SSI, SSDI, this is the law firm to go to! It took me three tries, the first time I did it on my own and turned down. Second time I I found Diane s ad in the phone book, something about her picture told me pick her. The 2nd time had one of her staff represent me, we didn't win but she told me to do SSI,this time Diane was my lawyer and this time it was in my favor! Diane and her staff really cared and were very helpful. So I guess 3rd times the charm. This is the place to go for your SSDI AND SSI NEEDS! Again a huge big thank you to Diane and her amazing staff. I want to say that Diane Bross and her staff have been awesome from the first time I made contact with them. I filled out a questionnaire online to see even if I qualified for disability. I was called back immediately and had an appointment to go in and talk to Amanda right away. Amanda was extremely professional and personal with me. Very caring and friendly. She treated me with respect and had empathy for my challenges. What's funny, is that I was told my case could take years. So I put it out of my mind and totally forgot about it. I have a horrible nerve problems and I’ve been dealing with it for over half of a year. I’ve been denied for disablity twice now and I hired Diane Bross’s firm and they did absolutely nothing. I had to call them like 200 times just to get my second application in. And I haven’t heard from them once since then. I’ve had to call them every single time and they’ve done absolutely NOTHING. I was denied for the second time last week. I had NO IDEA! They didn’t even call me, I got a letter from asocial security letting me know 😂😂😂 so if I did get it, I would’ve had to pay them for NOTHING. Don’t hire them, I’m in a worse situation than when I first hired them. Worthless and rude.

Wow , i was amazed with the amount of content diane submitted to the review officer in our first hearing. One of my primary care doctors did not concur with my disability and she overcame that as well as other hoops and i was awarded benefits. Very courteous and proffessional . Thank you for all of your effort diane.

Very disappointed. All the reviews look wonderful decided to call. Started with the back story simply because I have no idea where to even begin as far as what type of help they could provide (lack of knowledge with disability). Could barely get out I was saying before I was interrupted with a mean loud voice saying “ what point are you getting to?” As if what I was saying was an inconvenience to her. All I could say is wow and disconnected the line. If you are a mother of a disabled child and have no idea what you’re doing this is not the place to call for help. I simply needed someone to assist with figuring this out and at this point I’m willing to pay a lawyer to help me because I have no a clue what I’m doing and no one seems to be of any help.

I hired Diane and her staff and we waited a year and a half for a hearing. We drew a Judge who only has a 14% approval rate, and that worried me. What I didn’t fully realize was all the work and prep Diane and her team had been doing all those months on my behalf. The day of the hearing we went before the Judge and within 5 minutes he approved my appeal for disability. I was in shock, but as I thought about it I remembered I had chosen Diane because of the good ratings and reviews I had read on Google. I hope if anyone who is reading this and is looking to hire an attorney to represent your disability case, you could do no better than Diane Bross. She covers all the bases and more.
