When my wife and I found out we were having a baby, my father in law insisted that we get our Estate planning done. Nick sat down with us and was able to put together a plan that made the most sense for where we are in life, and was able to explain everything clearly and professionally. We were treated extremely well, our wishes were met, and we are very happy with our Estate plan.

Hi, I get it, everyone hates being cold called but I had to cold call Mr. Buckley cause that's my job and a lot of people reject me in mean ways but Mr. Buckley didn't. He called me and said "no" in a kind and gracious way. I didn't need legal services but in working with a lot of lawyers who are just mean and scummy, he seems like he's a person of character even when he doesn't have to be (aka when someone interrupts his day with a cold call).

John was patient to explain difficult aspects of our trusts in a way that put us at ease. Their entire team worked on our case and spent time to ensure it met our unique needs. We liked that John had gone to the Academy, served, and had a Harvard law degree. His legal knowledge was obvious when we spoke with John. This is one of those areas where we were not looking for the cheapest lawyer in town and we are beyond happy with the products and service we received from Buckley Law. Buckley Law did a truly outstanding job for us. We needed to have our Wills and Trusts updated and they did a fabulous job. Our situation had some wrinkles that added a certain amount of complexity but they handled everything smoothly. We ended up with a binder that organized everything and we are very pleased. The Buckley Law Firm was recommended to me by my Cardiologist. My estate plan was out of date. John reviewed the documents and suggested updating only one. He believed my attorney from 2014 had done a good job. I asked him to update a couple of the documents and then met with Melinda to sign them a few weeks later. Great people to work with! I felt like they truly cared about my wishes and gave me confidence to move forward with many decisions.
