We created our family trust when we lived in California. Upon moving to Colorado we needed it updated to comply with Colorado laws. Buckley Law was very helpful in navigating all of the issues and guiding us toward our new documents. We also choose to form an LLC to hold our aircraft after being made aware of the benefits and protections provided by this approach. John Buckley is by far the best in the business. He handled the probate with my father's estate. He is straight forward and to the point. He is honest and will not just take your money and do nothing .He also had crucial things done in a few days for me because I live out of state. I have had to deal with certain lawyers in different fields in my life but John is just a God sent, too bad he does not handle every type of law. Though I live in a different state I wish I could have him handle everything for my family I would be reassured my wishes were carried out. Melinda is awesome as well the office always responds to you immediately and answers every question even if they need to research it, in the most timely manner. When he had to deal with a difficult situation he responded "I haven't always been a Lawyer I had I real job before this" he is prior military as am I and you see that with his work ethics, his impeccable integrity and go to attitude.
