I had a slip and fall back in October 23 and contacted Xavier Gonzales which informed me they couldn't help me unless I needed surgery so I finally need surgery I called back only to be told the weather wasn't bad that day so they couldn't take the case what a joke.

Plenty of other lawyers in this city, stay away, worst experience. Hardly ever heard from them, never kept me informed, weeks even months went by without hearing from them, no help!!

Sadly I had one of the worst experiences with Ramos law and his team. More specifically Alicia and her paralegal Rachel. I had gotten into an accident back in April and was really looking for guidance as I’m younger and have never been in this kind of situation before so I went with a more “trusted and professional” law firm. And I was quick to learn otherwise. In over the year of dealing with these two individuals I experienced nothing helpful at all. I was ignored. Hung up on. Put on the back burner. And left in the dark. The communication between a client and a lawyer should be almost constant with updates and she would go months in between saying anything almost as if she forgot about me until I would reach out. I never once felt seen or heard in my own problems. I was constantly left in the dark and never aware of anything going on. At one point they didn’t even know I had proven my own innocence??! I definitely did 90% of their jobs while they sat back and collected their fee. Never once was I asked if I was satisfied with what they had done. Because they know I was not. I never received any call backs when I would call and I was hung up on specifically by Rachel because she got upset that I was demanding an update after being left in the dark for months on end. I would absolutely NOT recommend Ramos law to anyone in need or anyone that likes to keep business professional. 0/10

Love it !!! I recommend Ramos law 100%, efficiency, professionalism, efficacy and kindness. Mrs.Oak and Mrs.foster are the best, they make it happen 🙏😉

Ramos Law has been the worst Law Firm Experience I have ever been through. Very unhappy would suggest that anyone in this region of Colorado understand to choose a different Law Firm Absolutely!
